Of course this depends on the size of your website. A standard 5 page website usually takes 2 weeks, and a bigger 15 page website can take 3-5 weeks. I can work with you if you have a specific deadline that needs to be met.

Custom functionality like adding MLS listings, custom booking forms, or custom widgets take time to make. If your website does require customization like that it will be quoted hourly. However, most websites dont need to be quoted for hourly customization as its usually included in the standard build. So no, you won’t find any fees popping up unless you’ve expanded the scope of the website. I also try to avoid monthly subscriptions to things like plugins or third-party software to reduce costs.

Nope! I make all my websites with the client in mind by making the website easy and intuitive to edit, update, and add content. If you’re not confident in your technical capabilities, we can sit down for a 1-on-1 tutorial.

Additionally, if you don’t want to do updates yourself I can do it for you at my hourly rate of Rs 1000 .

Your website should only need a couple minutes of maintenance a month. It’s common for people to even leave their website for 5 months and it be okay. All your website would need is plugin and framework updates to keep it running securely, as I used WordPress to build websites. I’ve also written an article on website maintenance to help clients.

When I send an invoice over, it will have a link with a payment portal you can use to put in any credit or debt card. It will automatically send you a receipt for accounting purposes.

Yes, I work alone. I do all the website work myself, I do not outsource anything. I do logo design as well  if you need help, I can do it for some nominal charges for your website.

2. I build out the website with your content based on your requirements.
3. I send you a private link to your new website built out, and you can then send any revisions or changes you want me to make. There are 2 sets of revisions.
4. Once perfected, I launch the website!

I make websites using WordPress, utilizing various different WordPress themes and plugins.

Basically, you send me the content and I make you a website. I don’t do a design phase before development like some other web designers as this at minimum would double the cost to make the website. I like to jump straight to developing it right away to make websites cost-effective for small businesses.
